International Orders.
Seaside Surf Shop will accept orders (only through online) from the following International Countries. Orders placed with a country not listed here will be cancelled without notice.

Online ordering is simple and easy. You can shop Seaside Surf Shop's secure server 24 hours a day, seven days a week from the convenience of your own home. Simply browse through our products and select which items you would like to purchase by clicking the “Add to Cart” button found on every product page. To view your shopping cart or to make changes to your shopping cart, click the “Shopping Cart” icon located in the upper right corner of the website.
When you have finished shopping, click the “Checkout Now” button and you will be taken through our easy four-step check out process. If you prefer to place your order with a live person, you can call us toll-free at 503-717-1110 between 10am and 6pm PST, Monday through Friday, and speak with a customer service representative.
Over sized items such as Surfboards, Skimboards, Surf travel Bags cannot be shipped overseas, the cost of oversized shipping overseas is too expensive. Watches and Sunglasses are not sold overseas as well.
Mail, Fax, and Phone in is not available for International Orders. Online purchases are only accepted by Mastercard or Visa. Product inquiries may be made by phone/email but the order has be to be placed online. This is for verification and to avoid fraudelent transactions. What do we ship?
We are currently not sending oversized items such as Large Travel Bags,Skimboards,Indo Boards, Surfboards, and some Longboard Skateboards. The costs of shipping are much higher than the real time quote due to its oversized packaging.
We also do not send some Watches overseas due to vendor requirements. International orders for watches will, depending on their location, will be subject to a two phase verification policy. The first phase is only orders with matching and billing addresses will be accepted. The second phase will result in a small amount withdrawn from the account you use to make your purchase. Once you have verified the amount then we would be happy to send watches to your location. This procedure is for your safety and to avoid credit card fraud. Orders with Indonesian,Java,or any islands in that region will NOT be processed and the order will be cancelled without notice.
How much will it cost to ship my item here?
To find out the costs of shipping to you simply add the item(s) to your cart a calculate shipping option will appear below your items. Enter your Zip code and click on "Calculate Shipping" You will be given a real time in transit quote from USPS based on the item weight and destination of your order.
How do we ship?
We ship packages internationally via USPS International Priority Mail. Once the items leave the continental US we cannot control the time it takes to go through customs and arrive at your destination so there is no guarantee of package delivery within a specific time frame. You can request expediated shipping if you need an item sooner, you will be billed for the extra costs and there is still no guarantee it will clear customs and get to your destination on time.
Customs,Taxes,Fees,Duty Information:
Your International Order will have to comply with duties,taxes, and/or customs fees that may be required by your country when your items are delivered. The Custom fee's are not included with your original purchase order from our website. It will be your responsibility to pay all the Custom fees required by your local Customs office. You can contact your local Customs office to get a better idea of the costs of importing items to you. We cannot mark items as gifts since this violates US shipping laws and penalties can be severe for both retailer and consumer.
How can i return/exchange a product?
Contact us to receive an RA number for your item. Attach a copy of your receipt/invoice and RA form to the item(s) you are returning to us. Additionally a copy of the return form is included with every shipping order to make it easier for a customer to return/exchange items. If you have lost this shipping form, simply download the form from our website here.
Who do you use for shipping?
We primarily use USPS Priority International which delivers in 3-4 business days. You can ask for expediated shipping if the item is in stock but due to the nature of import/exports through customs there will be a delay during that phase of delivery. You will be responsible for the costs of speedier shipping if you request it during checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once you complete the order process, we keep you informed of your order status via email. You will receive an automated email confirmation of your order immediately after placing your order. This email will contain a summary of your order as well as your personal order number; we recommend keeping a copy of this email for your records. Should you notice any mistakes in your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible regarding changes that may need to be made. Please reference your personal order number in your correspondence.
When you receive notice that your order is completed, you will receive shortly after a notice from USPS with your tracking information. Failure to provide a working email address will result in non notification of your delivery or tracking number.
