Shipping Policy
Seaside Surf Shop.com is pleased to offer Free Standard shipping on all orders over $89.00 (except oversized items will incur a 15 dollar handling fee-see oversized items below) This Free Shipping offer is available for all shipments with delivery addresses within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. APO and FPO delivery addresses also qualify for this offer when using a U.S. ZIP Code. Free Standard shipping will ship via USPS Priority Mail, which takes between 3-7 working days; shipping method will be determined by SeasideSurfShop.com. Our standard shipping rates are based on weight and calculated distance from Seaside, OR 97138. To view a shipping charge for a particular item, place the item in your shopping cart and enter your address. You can remove the item from your cart at any time and will not be billed unless you complete your order, including payment. You may also call us at 877-292-1332 or 503 717 1110 for a shipping estimate based on your location. Due to the high volume of calls- we may ask that you leave your name and number while we determine the prices of shipping and call you back. You may also contact us through here
International shipping is not eligible for Free Shipping.
Surfboard Shipping
We can ship a board to you but the customer will have to pay the costs associated with oversized freight delivery.
How soon do we ship?
Our goal is to ship your order within one business day of receiving it. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which roughly takes 2-7 business days to arrive at most locations. If you prefer a speedier shipping method, we ask that you call us at 877-292-1332 (International use 503.717-1110) to discuss your shipping options.
Oversize item shipping.
Oversized Items such as Skimboards, Longboard Skateboards, Oversized Travel Bags, & Indo Boards are assigned a 15 dollar handling fee after your order has been submitted. This is a handling fee for oversized items. Oversized items cannont be shipped overseas.
How can i track my order?:
Your account on our site will keep you up to date on the process as your order moves from an online order to shipping out. Your tracking number will be sent to you, from the shipping company we use, at the email you provide us with during checkout. Failure to provide a working email address will result in no information regarding your shipment.
Orders with different billing/shipping addresses may result in delayed shipping pending credit card verification. Some orders with Florida shipping addresses that differ from billing addresses may also have a brief delay in their order pending verification. We take credit card fraud seriously and want to make sure your purchase is within the law and that you can feel safe ordering from us.
Will I get a Order Confirmation?
When you complete checkout an invoice for the order you placed will be emailed to you as well as displayed at the end of your checkout. We suggest you print this page for your records. When your order has been shipped and yoiur card charged you will receive a notice regarding the completion of your order at the email you provided us with. Failure to provide the correct email address will result in non notification of your delivery or tracking number information.
Who do you use for shipping?
We primarily use USPS priority which delivers in 3-4 business days. Expediated shipping can be requested if the item is in stock and the customer agrees to pay the costs for speedier delivery. Expediated shipping is for US customers only.
When are you open?
Seasidesurfshop.com is open Monday through Friday from 9-5 PM. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.The physical retail store is open 7 days a week but the internet store is separate from the retail location.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange them within a 30 day period after the billing date. If the item is returned after 30 days we will offer refunds that is redeemable via store credit on our site. You will be issued a credit code for use during checkout that will subtract the amount owed to you from your next purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. If you exchange an item for another item matching in price you will not incur any furthur shipping fee's or handling charges.
If you send returns via Fed Ex or UPS you must use the street address to return items. If you use USPS you must use the PO Box for returns. A copy of the receipt and a RA form will need to be sent back with the items. RA Forms can be downloaded here.
Note: Cramming items into an undersized box that causes the item to be damaged or deformed will result in only a partial refund since the item will now have to sell for less than its value price. IE: An wetsuit improperly folded across the smoothskin can result in a permanent crease in the material resulting in limited performance. You should ensure the item being sent back comes back in the condition it was sent to you.

Terms and Conditions.
The bottom line:
IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, SIMPLY RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY IN ITS ORIGINAL, UNUSED, UNDAMAGED CONDITION FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE PRODUCT PRICE.
An RA form must completely filled and in box with merchandise.
Shipping fee's are non refundable unless the return is related to a shipping error on our part.
Refunds are issued only to items returned with receipts,RA form, and original packaging. If you have lost the original packing you may substitute a similiar package to the one that was sent to you.
Credit Card refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return.
