 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 TIME FRAME

Place your order before noon Pacific time, Monday through Friday, and we'll ship it the same day.

 Certain situations might delay your package's departure, like billing and address discrepancies. Please check to see your payment and shipping info is correct. In case of a problem on our end, we will contact you asap by e-mail and telephone.

 Overnight and 2-day shipping are available, at customer's expense.

 Overnight shipping orders must be placed only on Monday through Thursday by  noon Pacific time - the post office is closed on weekends here.

 COST (Free Shipping Details*)

On orders over $0, we offer free shipping via USPS to the contiguous 48 states. Does not apply to oversized items such as surfboards and board bags. It is at our discretion which shipping method we will use to send to your address. In some cases we may use Fed Ex or UPS to fufill free shipping orders.

For Surfboard Shipping, because our site cannot calculate oversized boxes it only returns a rate determined by weight and not size. All of our surfboards contain in the description that they do NOT qualify for free shipping. If you purchase a surfboard you will be sent an invoice to the email you signed up with to pay for shipping. In most cases Fed Ex home delivery will deliver the surfboards. Longboard shipping is discouraged as the cost of shipping boards that size can only be done by freight or really high fed ex rates.

 Orders not qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, at our discretion.

 Shipping rates are determined in your online shopping cart. Please contact us with any questions or requests.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number for your purchase after payment is complete and we have issued the shipping label. For questions about tracking, delivery, or if you think your package may be lost, please contact the carrier directly.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Foreign countries we will sell/ship to: (Contact us if youre not listed here and would like to order something - we may consider opening to other cold water destinations depending on the region and if shipping can be accomodated.)

The customer shall pay all required duties and taxes. These additional costs are not included in the total paid to Seaside Surf Shop.

 USPS SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Please be aware that Seaside Surf Shop will not be able to refund, reimburse, or resend packages that are lost or damaged by the United States Postal Service (USPS). The customer assumes full responsibility once the package is with the carrier.

 PRIVACY & SECURITY

Seaside Surf Shop uses industry-standard practices to ensure the confidentiality of your information. We use Secure SSL to encrypt credit card and personal info. Any information obtained from the customer will remain on a secure database. We do not store credit card numbers.

 No one other than Seaside Surf shop will have access to your information. Under no circumstances will we sell, publish, or disclose your info—Never—to any third party.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon receipt. We ask that you notify us of any issues within 14 days after arrival of your order. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us if you would like to return an item or need to exchange one. You can include your packing slip or print a copy of your order.

The customer will pay shipping for any product returned. In the case of an exchange, the customer will also pay shipping for the new product.

 When returning items to us, please use a courier service with tracking to ensure arrival. The customer is responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.

 Once we receive a returnable item, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
