Returns & Exchanges:

Please contact us if you would like to return an item or need to exchange one. You can include your packing slip or print a copy of your order.

The customer will pay shipping for any product returned. In the case of an exchange, the customer will also pay shipping for the new product. Clearance items are final and not returnable in most instances.
When returning items to us, please use a courier service with tracking to ensure arrival. The customer is responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.
