Returns & Exchanges:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. We ask that you notify us of any issues within 14 days after arrival of your order. Returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. The customer will pay shipping for any product returned. In the case of an exchange, the customer will also pay shipping for the new product. Clearance items are final and not returnable in most instances.
When returning items to us, please use a courier service with tracking to ensure arrival. The customer is responsible for the returned product until it is delivered to us.
