The 2023 Xcel Axis Women’s 5/4mm Back Zip wetsuit has inherited forty years of Xcel innovation. As new materials and designs evolve, they make their way into the Axis wetsuit. For example, Xcel makes the Axis using Superprene, a Japanese limestone-based neoprene known for warmth, flex, durability and less weight. The Axis also now features plush Thermo Lite IR in the chest for infrared heat recycling. With a 100% performance stretch outer skin, the women’s Axis increases ease of paddling and, along with the back zip, makes changing in/out of the wetsuit simple.
